Professor Ketan Kotecha is a globally celebrated researcher and educator in artificial intelligence, deep learning, computer algorithms, and machine learning. An alumnus of IIT Bombay, he is recognized among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, a distinction awarded by Stanford University. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Dr. Kotecha has left an indelible mark on AI research, evidenced by 200+ SCI-indexed publications, 22 patents, and over 12,000 citations. Beyond academia, Dr. Kotecha has held transformative leadership roles. He served as Dean of Engineering at Nirma University for seven years and as Vice-Chancellor of Gujarat’s largest university for three years. Currently, he serves as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Symbiosis International University, where he has played a pivotal role in securing major funding for initiatives such as the INR 30 crore Bajaj Engineering Skills Training Centre and a state-of-the-art INR 50 lakh 5G use-case lab in AI-based telemedicine. He also established the Maker Lab (sponsored by Infosys) and the IDEA Lab (sponsored by AICTE) at Symbiosis Institute of Technology. Additionally, he served as CEO of a DST-sponsored technology business incubator for three years and is the founding Head of the Symbiosis Centre for Applied Artificial Intelligence.

Topic: New Trend of AI Driven Hybrid security coding

Professor SiChoon Noh (Member, Korea Convergence Security Association, ISDS Program Committee) received the M.S.degree in Management Information System from Korea University Business School, South Korea in 1990, and Ph.D. degree in Information Security Engineering from Kyonggi University, South Korea in 2005. He served as a Director of Lao D.P.R. - Korea Cooperation Office in Laos and a Korean NIPA adviser and visiting lecturer at CICT, CanTho University, VN. He worked for NamSeoul University as a full-time professor majoring Information Security and AI subject. He has been in charge of building Korea Telecom(KT) Information Security System, and developing MIS for Computer Center of Ministry of Communication R.O.K. He presented 12 times international papers in foreign journals including four times SCIE level papers in Turkey, in Poland, in China, and in England. His three patents in cyber security field were granted by the Republic of Korea Patent.

Professor Sajimon Abraham, Professor of Data Analytics and Director of the University Centre for International Co-operation at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, holds an M.C.A., M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.B.A., and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. With 35 years of experience in higher education, he specializes in Spatio-Temporal Data Mining and Moving Object Databases. His current research encompasses database and data mining, spatio-temporal trajectory data management, web clickstream analysis, business analytics, big data management, and educational data mining for e-learning. Dr. Abraham has guided eight Ph.D. scholars, with seven more currently under his supervision, and has published 122 research papers and six books, including Mobility Mining (2018) and Business Data Analysis Using EXCEL & Tally (2018). His international experience includes a three-year tenure at the Royal University of Bhutan under the Colombo Plan. He has completed five funded projects, notably a big data analysis project for flood prediction under the Re-Build Kerala Project (2021), and is currently leading a RUSA-funded project on mobility mining and social media interaction in tourist mobility (2025).

Professor Kishor Bhurchandi did B. E. and M. E.(Electronics) from S G G S I E T, Nanded, Maharashtra in 1990 and 1992, Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur in 2002. He has published more than 90 research papers including around 30 SCI indexed research papers and IEEE transactions. He has authored a book on ‘Advanced Microprocessors and Peripherals for McGraw Hill’ and Six Book Chapters so far. He got the selected author recognition from McGraw Hill for selling around 4,50,000 copies of the book. He has got five patents published to his credit out of which three are awarded. He was Principal Investigator of three research Projects including one on Face recognition funded by BRNS and a center of excellence on ‘Commbedded Systems’ a hybrid of communication and Embedded systems at VNIT Nagpur. He is currently a full Professor at Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with additional charge of Dean International and Alumni Affairs, at VNIT Nagpur. He is also coordinating the programs like Visvesvaraya Ph.D. Scheme and GIAN at VNIT. He is chairing the committee for setting up a SIEMENS Center of Excellence on Advanced Technologies at VNIT. He is also Chairman of the newly set up Center for Artificial and Machine Intelligence (CAMI) at VNIT. He is also Advisor and Expert member for UPSC, Member of ARMY Project Evaluation Committee, Academic Council Member of Amravati University and BOS Member of several autonomous Institutes.
